Dress Rules

Members and Visitors are asked to comply with the Club’s Dress Rules in order to maintain standards. Failure to do so may result in access to the course or clubhouse being refused.

All players: Golf Caps (peaks to front), golf hats, appropriate wind/waterproof golf tops & trousers, golf shoes.

Gentlemen: Polo shirts, turtle/polo neck tops - worn tucked into trousers/shorts. Appropriate full length golf trousers. Tailored shorts with long plain or short white sports socks.

Ladies: Collared/turtle/polo neck tops. Sleeveless collared tops. Appropriate golf trousers/culottes/three-quarter trousers/shorts/skirts. 

Not Acceptable: Blue denim clothing and bandanas. T-shirts/vest tops and athletic/football-style shorts/trousers/tops. Rugby shirts and tracksuit tops/trousers. Cargo-style trousers/shorts and trainers. Shoes not specifically designed for golf especially clothes carrying large logos or lettering.

Acceptable

Gentlemen: Shirts must have a collar or turtle/polo neck and socks must be worn at all times. Three-quarter trousers are not permitted. Tailored shorts with long plain or short white sports socks may be worn except in the Dining Room after 6.00 pm.

Not Acceptable: Golf shoes. Trainers or plimsolls. Golf caps or headwear. Wind/waterproof jackets/trousers. Clothes displaying large logos or lettering. T-shirts/vest tops (gentlemen). Blue denim clothing. Athletic/football-style shorts/trousers/tops. Rugby shirts. Tracksuit tops/trousers. Cargo-style trousers/shorts. Beachwear.

Mobile Phones

Mobile Phones must not be used on the Course, in the Clubhouse, on the patio or the immediate paved surrounds of the Clubhouse. They may only be used in the car park.

Smoking

No Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted in the Clubhouse. Please use the ashtrays and receptacles provided outside.
